This website provides corporate information and, where applicable, access to content and services related to NAPCORE’s business. Accessing and using the site implies full acceptance of these Terms by the User.

  • Use the site and its contents lawfully, in accordance with these Terms, morality and public order.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date data when requested, being responsible for any inaccuracy.
  • Keep login credentials confidential and promptly report any misuse.

Linking to the homepage for lawful, non-commercial purposes is permitted, provided no false association or endorsement is suggested and no framing is used. NAPCORE may request removal of links at any time.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the EU GDPR (Regulation 2016/679) and Spain’s LOPDGDD 3/2018, as described in our Privacy Policy, which Users must review. Users warrant the accuracy and currency of any data provided.

Content infringing these Terms may be removed upon obtaining effective knowledge.

10. Force majeure

NAPCORE shall not be liable for failures due to force majeure or acts of God (including power or telecom outages, natural disasters, social conflict, acts or omissions of authorities, etc.).

11. Severability

If any clause is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall continue in full force. The invalid clause shall be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects its purpose.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
Where the User is a consumer, jurisdiction shall be as established by consumer protection rules. In all other cases, the parties submit to the Courts of Madrid (city).
For EU consumer e-commerce, Users may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
Language: in case of discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version prevails.
